The Herb Scott jazz trio will be playing cool jazz throughout the night. Back by popular demand, the Herb Scott jazz trio will entertain you, so come, sit, and enjoy!
There will be a full dinner with roast beef, pasta bar, cheese spread, coffee, and dessert (plus cash bar). It is the best bargain in town!
Once again, we are organizing a live auction for our Spring Fling event in the Washington Hilton. Last year, our event was very successful with 100 people, lots of auction items, a live band, and an abundance of delicious food!
Attached, please find a donation form for you to consider. This is the only fundraising event we organize all year, and your generosity makes for a fun Spring Fling, which means a lot to us.
We are asking you to donate a gift, service, hotel stay, or dinner – valued at $100 or greater. As a contributor, the name of your business will be listed on our web site, in promotional materials, and displayed at the silent auction. Along with your donation, we encourage you to provide promotional brochures, match books, cards, etc. to market your business at the auction. As a donor, you will receive complementary admission into the Spring Fling.
Historic Dupont Circle Main Streets is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, so your donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. And you will receive a donation letter for your generosity. Thanks in advance for your support!!! Click here for a donation-form
In 2003, a broad coalition of Dupont Circle stakeholders gathered together under the leadership of the Dupont Circle Merchants and Professionals Association (DCMAP) to develop a Main Streets program for Dupont Circle. Today, Historic Dupont Circle Main Streets is a volunteer-driven, commercial revitalization organization that serves to educate businesses about government relations, business issues, and historic preservation; promote businesses through events, branding, and advertising; and improves the value of commercial building owners through economic enhancement.
The Main Streets model for commercial revitalization uses a comprehensive four point approach: 1) Economic Vitality, 2) Design, 3) Promotion and 4) Organization. This revitalization approach is active in over 1,800 communities nationwide. It is a proven model reliant on a small staff and hundreds of community volunteers who simultaneously work on the four fronts to achieve success.
